Ideally, if you had the money, time and resources, then go for it... but if not, then don't stress it. <br />We had a good ol' fashioned pool party for M's first. We had so many people, tons of kids in the pool, burgers and hot dogs, and it was great fun. We did not have a "theme" but that doesn't mean that it wasn't cute. <br />I love the idea of just using pink/red polka dots and decorations. Simple and sweet. Besides, it just needs to look cute for the pics.
